Watermelon is super underrated as a healthy food. 

Why is watermelon so great?

It's >90% water, isn't insanely full of calories like people think (1 cup is ~50 calories/10 g carbs), and does lots of cool stuff like increases nitric oxide, recovery, cardiovascular health, etc.

Note: 3 slices (depending on size) could easily net you 50+ grams of sugar with only 3-5 g fiber and basically zero protein (a real scenario given how delicious it is). 

That could be good (sport/recovery) or VERY BAD (weight management, sedentary folks, T2D, etc.)
